Christine Woleske, Law ’94, was elected to the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Board of Trustees in 2020.
Chris spent 27 years at Bellin Health in many leadership roles including general counsel, chief operating officer and ultimately president and chief executive officer of Bellin Health from 2018 to 2022, and became the executive vice president of Bellin and Gundersen Health System and Bellin Region president from 2022-2025 when Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System merged to form Emplify Health. She now serves in a consultative role to the Chief Executive Officer for Emplify Health which is comprised of 11 hospitals and more than 100 clinics across Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.
As an executive leader, Woleske had a significant impact on Bellin Health, not only through her commitment to quality, but also through the expansion of Bellin Health facilities to create more convenient access to services for patients. Under her leadership, Bellin opened its Oconto Hospital and Marinette Clinic and Surgery Center. In addition, Woleske was the executive leader for the development of the Bellin Cancer Center and the Surgery & Specialty Center in Green Bay. Before joining Bellin Health, Woleske practiced law at Liebmann, Conway, Olejniczak and Jerry in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Woleske is the past chair of the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation Board and has been honored for her leadership and commitment to the community. She is currently a member of the boards of directors of the Green Bay Packers, Krueger International Inc. and the Wisconsin Hospital Association.
A graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Program, Woleske earned her juris doctor from ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Law School and has a bachelor’s degree in health care administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
